We cannot guarantee immediate replies, successful bookings, restaurant reservations, business responses, phone call outcomes, translation accuracy in every situation, or resolution of every issue.

For urgent, medical, safety, legal or emergency situations, please contact your hotel, local staff, travel insurance provider, embassy/consulate or Japanese emergency services directly.

6. Digital guides

Our digital guides are general travel planning resources.

They are not personalised to your exact travel dates, budget, accommodation, mobility needs, dietary needs, travel style, group size or personal circumstances unless clearly stated.
