The original Kyoto arrival day included:

- ✓Move Nishiki Market to a different day that already had space
A more realistic arrival day, a smoother route and a better chance of enjoying the market when more stalls are open.
We spotted an Arashiyama → Kyoto Station → Higashiyama detour and suggested a more natural cross-city route.
We flagged an unnecessary Shinkansen for the short Kyoto–Osaka journey and explained the simpler train option.
We recommended an earlier arrival and checking official opening details for Universal Studios Japan.

My itinerary is already pretty good. Is this still useful?
Absolutely — and that's often the point. A good plan might only need a few tweaks to its route, timing or pacing. We'll tell you what we'd keep as well as what we'd change. If it already makes sense, we won't invent problems.
Will you make an entirely new itinerary for me?
No. An Itinerary Check reviews the trip you've already created. If you want us to build a route from scratch, our Personalised Golden Route Plan is a better fit.
What's the difference between Quick and Full?
Quick looks for the main issues and gives you 3–5 priority changes. Full works through your itinerary day by day with more detailed written notes about what to keep, adjust or reconsider.
What format should I send my itinerary in?
Once we've confirmed your enquiry, we'll explain the easiest way to share it. Don't worry about making it look perfect — we care about your plans, not fancy formatting.
When will I receive my feedback?
We'll confirm availability and the expected turnaround with you before payment, so you know what to expect.
What if my trip is longer than 14 days?
Get in touch anyway. Our standard prices cover typical independent trips up to 14 days; longer or more complicated itineraries may need a separate quote.
Will you book tickets, hotels or restaurants?
No. We review your itinerary and flag obvious transport or booking considerations, but we don't make reservations or purchases on your behalf.
